After a wonderful year of 75th anniversary celebrations, our community is looking forward to an interesting and event-filled 2012, as well as a year of sharing new experiences together.
If you want to walk fast, walk alone; if you want to walk far, walk together.
We are all challenged to bring about savings, wherever possible, to ensure more moderate levy and rental increases in the future. Worthwhile ideas are already being put forward and competent research with the possible installation of energy and water-saving technology, is already underway.
