Randjes estate has a committed team of Directors appointed for their professional and business skills to govern the estate. Residents also have the opportunity to participate in the management of the estate through a residents’ association. Randjes estate is an independent organisation, has no bond or developer and is financially sound. A small team of managers is responsible to the directors who administer Randjes Estate.
